With Diana we want to share our idea of ​​Lacrima: fruity, aromatic, but dry and pleasant to drink. A unique wine, which tastes like no other and for this reason we want to defend and promote it also through the Association of vertical producers of Lacrima.

Winemaking: Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with frequent pumping over.

Origin: San Marcello and Ostra.

Age of the vines: 8 – 25 years.

Soil: Calcareous clays.

Plant density: 3500 plants per hectare.

Training system: Guyot pruning.

Yield per hectare: 50 quintals per hectare

Harvest: By hand

Aging: 12 months on fine lees in steel and 3 months in the bottle.

Taste: In the mouth it is round and enveloping, with hints of wild strawberries and blackberries. Good structure with soft and fine tannins. Refreshing acidity.

Color: Intense red color with purple hues.

Bouquet: The nose suggests notes of violets, roses and wils berries.

Pairings: It goes well with cold cuts and fresh cheeses, pasta dishes and white meat main courses, but also grilled fish and broths typical of the Marche region.
