Igt Marche Rosè 2022 Organic – Albae – Filodivino

Albae was born from the encounter between our passion for Lacrima and the experience of the winemaker Luca D’Attoma in working with Syrah (also coming from our San Marcello vineyard). The result is a very elegant rosé that tells the terroir in an innovative way.

Category: I.G.T. – typical geographical indication.

Winemaking: Early harvest, soft pressing after a very short maceration and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Origin: San Marcello, in the heart of the Lacrima di Morro D’Alba area.

Age of the vines: 8 years.

Soil: Calcareous-clay.

Plant density: 3500 plants per hectare.

Training system: Guyot pruning.

Yield per hectare: 50 quintals per hectare

Collection: By hand.

Aging: 3 months in steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle.
